"Troika" Russian Painting Signed D Tyrann (?)

Oil painting on canvas laid down on hardboard depicting a man in a cart driving three horses (troika). 
 The U-shaped yoke above the centre horse is traditional. Usually troika scenes are depicted in snow making this surrounding landscape unusual. Signed in the lower right hand corner and again on the back, along with "oil, linen, cardboard and Troika written in Russsian, second half of the twentieth century
