Vintage Caribbean Cloth Doll

Hand-sewn cloth doll in traditional dress holding a wrapped baby, with shell and bead necklace and earrings, real hair braided and stitched to the back of the head, having wire wrapped in black cloth attached to the legs which allows the figure to stand, Caribbean Islands, circa 1950 (?)
